Strength & Fitness Assessment

Strength and fitness assessments evaluate an individual's physical capabilities and health, measuring aspects like maximal muscle force, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, body composition, and agility. These assessments establish a fitness baseline, track progress, set realistic goals, prevent injuries, and provide motivation by identifying areas for improvement and adjusting training programs accordingly. We will carefully choose which method is best for you and your goals.

Online Subscription

Our Online Personal Training Subscription offers you personalized fitness coaching through our state-of-the-art app, accessible anytime, anywhere. Upon subscribing, you'll receive a consult form to understand your goals, current fitness level, and preferences. We will design a customized workout plan tailored specifically to your needs, complete with video demonstrations and progress tracking. Enjoy the flexibility of training at your own pace, with regular updates to your program and direct communication with your trainer for ongoing support and motivation. Achieve your fitness goals with convenience and expert guidance, all from the comfort of your home.

Group Session

Join our Small Group Training Sessions for personalized fitness coaching in a supportive environment with up to 4 participants. Enjoy customized workout plans, expert guidance, and motivation from both your trainer and peers. Benefit from individualized attention while experiencing the camaraderie of a group setting. Movement Assessment

A movement assessment evaluates the quality of fundamental movement patterns to identify imbalances, weaknesses, and limitations.
